In 2022, our goal was to better understand our customers’ needs and introduce solutions to make it convenient to use our services at every stage. We have introduced a number of technological conveniences, such as the ability to conclude contracts through electronic signatures and fast Paybylink and Blik payments. During the year, the number of customers using these options grew fivefold. For entrepreneurs, the timing of obtaining financing is important. We have accelerated the accounting processes and launched automation in terms of settlements – the system selects the type of transfer that guarantees the delivery of money to the customer in the shortest possible time. Thanks to process optimization, we have also reduced the time to issue financing decisions (e.g., in the case of factoring, even by half)
