Step 2 – Verification and Decision
Once your company’s bank account number has been verified, you’ll receive a decision on whether your financing request has been approved—in 90 seconds!

Step 3 – Transfer of Funds
Once you accept the offer, the seller will receive payment immediately. This allows them to fulfill your order quickly, and you’ll receive your items.
You can repay the loan in installments or in full by the agreed-upon due date.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What data is needed to use PragmaPay?
We need:
- Your company’s TIN,
- name,
- email address,
- phone number.
If you operate a sole proprietorship, you will also need your PESEL number and ID card number.
Is PragmaPay’s limit reported to the BIK?
We report only the usage of the PragmaPay limit to BIK.
The limit itself—the maximum loan amount granted to your company— is not reported to BIK, so it does not result in a reduction in your creditworthiness.
What happens if I return the merchandise or if the service I paid for is not provided?
If you return the merchandise, you must also return the money to the store yourself.
If you cancel a purchase or a service is not provided, ask the provider to refund the money to your PragmaGO account as soon as possible.
How do I repay purchases paid by PragmaPay?
Please transfer the funds to the bank account number provided in the email you received from us or in the Customer and Payer Area.
You can use the quick payment option—the link to which is included in the email—or send a traditional bank transfer.
What happens if I don’t make the repayment on time?
If you pay for your purchases with PragmaPay and defer payment for 14, 30, or 60 days, but fail to repay the amount by the specified deadline, we will automatically spread the payment over the next 6 months.
We charge a monitoring fee for late installment payments—a percentage of the outstanding amount. We begin charging this fee after 14 days of delinquency and again every 30 days until the debt is paid off.
You will be notified of the upcoming payment due date via email and in the Customer and Payer Portals.
