Frequently asked questions
What data is needed to use PragmaPay?
We need your company’s TIN, name, email address and phone number.
If you are a sole proprietor, we will also need your PESEL and ID card number.
Is PragmaPay’s limit reported to the BIK?
We only report PragmaPay payments to the BIK.
The limit itself – the maximum amount of the loan granted to your company – is not reported to the BIK, so it is not associated with a reduction in creditworthiness.
What happens if I return the goods or the paid service is not provided?
The obligation to return the funds covered by the PragmaPay method is yours.
In case of cancellation of purchases or unfulfilled service, ask the supplier to return the money to your PragmaGO account as soon as possible.
How do I repay purchases paid by PragmaPay?
Transfer the funds to the bank account number you will find in the email from us or in the Customer Area.
You can use quick payments, a link to which you will find in the email, or send a traditional bank transfer.
What happens if I don’t make the repayment on time?
If you pay for your purchases or PragmaPay services by deferring payment for 14, 30 or 60 days, but do not make a refund within the specified period, we will automatically spread the payment over 6 consecutive months.
You will be informed of the upcoming payment deadline in an email and in the Customer Area.
