Fixed fee or percentage of financing – which to choose?
At PragmaGO, you have the flexibility to choose your billing model:
- Fixed subscription – you pay one predictable fee each month, regardless of the number and value of invoices financed.
- Percentage rate – you regulate a certain percentage of the factoring limit actually used in a given period.
Our consultant will suggest which solution will be most beneficial for your company, taking into account, among other things, the number of contractors and frequency of invoicing. You will always know the initial costs before signing the contract.
Which factoring limit to choose?
Each paid invoice automatically renews the available limit amount. Therefore, its amount is best matched to the typical value of invoices and accepted payment terms.
Example:
- You issue invoices for PLN 120,000 per month with a term of 60 days – the optimal limit should be about PLN 240,000.
- when you invoice one recipient for PLN 15,000 with a term of 45 days – a limit of PLN 30,000 is sufficient.
You don’t have to calculate it yourself – a PragmaGO advisor will help you determine the right limit amount to fit your real needs
Do factoring expenses reduce tax?
Yes. Fees and commissions associated with the use of factoring are tax deductible. In practice, this means that you can include them in your company’s accounts and thus reduce your tax base and the final amount of tax payable.

Factoring in practice – answers to the most common questions
Does the counterparty have to agree to the factoring?
Yes, your counterparty will be informed of the assignment of receivables and the change of the account for payment to PragmaGO. The due date of the invoice remains unchanged.
Is creditworthiness checked?
Yes, in order to process your application, we need permission to check BIK and BIG data. In the case of a sole proprietorship, the owner’s creditworthiness is assessed, and for companies – the financial situation of the company. The credibility of your counterparties is key, so factoring is also available for start-ups and new entities.
How to sign a contract with a qualified electronic signature?
You have two options:
- If you have a qualified electronic signature, we will email you the contract for signature and return.
- If you don’t have a signature, you can use a one-time mSzafir certificate via a link from Autenti, signing the contract online without installing additional software.
What invoices can be submitted for factoring?
Invoices whose due date has not yet passed are eligible for financing. It is best to submit them at least 8 days before the due date. PragmaGO also offers financing of invoices to EU contractors, provided they are insured.
How long is the wait for a decision?
A decision is usually issued within 1-2 days of submitting an online application. After the decision, you will receive a contract and details of the offer. The entire process is automated, and you can contact your account manager if you have any questions.
