We’re right where your business is.
We share experience that works.

Poland. This is where it all began.

We stood by entrepreneurs during the transition in the 1990s, during the 2008 crisis, and throughout the pandemic. Each of these moments taught us the same lesson—that companies need fast and flexible financing, tailored to the pace at which they operate. That’s why we embraced technology early on. Today, the entire process takes place online, and decisions are made in minutes. This is the foundation on which we continue to build—in Poland and beyond.

Four Countries and an Appetite for More

We began our expansion in Romania. Spain and Croatia joined in 2026. Portugal is next in line, but we don’t intend to stop there. In each of these countries, we operate through a local subsidiary and with local partners: terminal operators, payment platforms, and marketplaces. Because financing works best when it’s close to the company—in its language, using its tools, and operating at its pace.

Awards come with responsibilities. And these are just some of them.

What Customers Say About PragmaGO

The largest provider of embedded finance in Poland. Now also in Europe.

We integrate payments and financing directly into our partners’ tools. Thanks to us, customers who shop at online stores, use payment terminals, or log in to payment gateways can immediately take advantage of our services. They can defer payment, pay for their purchases in affordable installments, or access cash—without visiting a bank and without leaving the ecosystem they’re already using.

In Poland, we work with Allegro Biznes, Przelewy24, PayU, TPay, and Polskie ePłatności (Nexi Group), among others. This segment is growing the fastest for us—by more than a third year over year—and it’s the one we’re using to expand into Europe.

Technology is in our DNA

PragmaGO.tech is a Kraków-based technology company within our group—the heart where the platform behind factoring, loans, and embedded finance is developed. It is responsible for precise scoring and credit decisions issued automatically in a matter of minutes. There, we’re building REST APIs with a modular architecture, allowing embedded finance partners to integrate exactly the features they need. We’ve built an infrastructure capable of handling 10,000 queries per day, with a 99.9% SLA, and a single platform that currently operates in Poland, Spain, and Croatia. Thanks to this platform, we can provide financing at our own pace and help our clients grow faster.

Money You Can Count On

Our financial stability comes from three sources. The first is capital —we have the highest equity in the non-banking sector and are majority-owned by the international fund Enterprise Investors (since 2021). The second is regulatory oversight —as a publicly traded company, we are subject to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and regularly report our results. The third is accountability —we operate in accordance with our sustainability policy. What matters most to our clients and partners—financing—is consistently secured.

Safety Backed by Certifications

Information security is an integral part of our organization’s operations. This is confirmed by our ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications, awarded by an independent certification body.

ISO/IEC 27001 certifies the operation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS), which includes, among other things, risk management, information protection, and the continuous improvement of security processes.

ISO 22301 refers to a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) that helps organizations prepare for emergencies and maintain or restore critical business processes.

Thanks to the implementation of both management systems, we are better prepared to meet evolving regulatory requirements and to apply best practices in cybersecurity and the responsible use of artificial intelligence systems.
