International expansion begins

We have signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Telecredit IFN S.A. (Omnicredit), a Romanian fintech offering financial services to the SME sector. This is the first step in our expansion into Central and Eastern European markets.

Omnicredit has been growing rapidly for several years, increasing the number of clients and turnover. The company specializes in digital factoring.

We plan to expand Omnicredit ‘s offerings with innovative financial products, such as merchant cash advance and BNPL for B2B, in an embedded finance model (services integrated with partner platforms, such as marketplace).

This is expected to make Omnicredit the leading provider of financing to small and medium-sized companies in Romania.

Our overseas expansion strategy is supported by our majority shareholder Enterprise Investors.
