We have surpassed 2 billion zlotys in turnover-we sum up the landmark year 2024

  • PragmaGO’s financial services were used by 21,500 entrepreneurs (+29% y/y), who completed a total of 501,022 transactions (up 27% y/y).
  • Factoring achieved 23% y/y growth in the value of financed invoices – it amounted to PLN 1.9 billion. Digital factoring (online application and adjustment of terms of cooperation) recorded a 44% y/y growth in this regard, while traditional factoring only 5% y/y.
  • Under embedded finance for business, entrepreneurs raised PLN 0.5 billion in financing (+68% y/y), including:
  • Merchant Cash Advance: PLN 277 million (+112% y/y),
  • Deferred payments (and PragmaPay): PLN 249 million (+37% y/y).

2024 was a landmark year – we grew our business on many levels, pursuing our mission: to support micro and small entrepreneurs with easy access to finance, which has a key impact on the stabilization and development of their businesses. We acquired 100% of Monevia, which enabled us to scale up our digital factoring business. We launched PragmaPay – the first deferred payment solution for companies in Poland, which in terms of convenience and speed of the process matches the standards known from the consumer segment. Renowned brands such as Przelewy24, TPay and WeNet have joined the ranks of our partners in the area of B2B embedded finance. Thanks to these activities, among others, we achieved a record value of financed receivables.

– summarizes Tomasz Boduszek, CEO of PragmaGO.

In December 2024, we began our international expansion with the acquisition of a majority stake in Telecredit IFN S.A. (Omnicredit), a Romanian fintech specializing in digital financial solutions for the SME sector.

We have also expanded our cooperation with Polskie ePłatności, one of the largest payment card operators in Poland. As a result, PeP customers can take advantage of “My Loan” – innovative financing in the Merchant Cash Advance model, available directly in the PeP Customer Panel. The amount of financing is automatically calculated based on the turnover on the payment terminal, and the whole process is 100% online. The decision to grant financing is issued in 90 seconds, and the repayment is made automatically as a daily percentage of turnover at the terminal, making it practically imperceptible to entrepreneurs. Last year, Polskie ePłatności also expanded its offer with factoring from PragmaGO.

To ensure the technological security of transactions and customer data, we migrated our IT systems to T-Mobile. This has made our financing processes even more stable and efficient. Scalable and flexible IT solutions allow us to continue our dynamic growth, providing freedom of action and strategy execution.
