Business Client Advisor / Customer Care Specialist
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with SME business owners to guide them through the business financing application process.
Clearly explain flexible financing options and address all merchant questions from initial inquiry through to funding.
Manage daily communication with business owners across all channels (phone, email, chat) to ensure applications progress swiftly to a decision and funding.
Maintain the highest standards of B2B client service.
Manage and support the merchant pipeline, targeting high financing closing rates and consistently achieving individual goals.
Provide advisory services at various stages of the customer lifecycle, supporting our culture of simplicity and reliability.
Champion the development of a client-first culture focused on outstanding User Experience and Customer Experience.
Propose and support the implementation of new solutions and process improvements within your area of expertise to drive efficiency.
Our Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer support or service roles (e.g., contact center, customer support office).
Fluent in Croatian and English, both written and verbal (mandatory)
Ability to establish contacts and lead conversations effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
Empathetic and friendly approach, combined with strong active listening skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with embedded lending or business financing products.
Background in B2B client advisory roles.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
