Your personal data will be processed for:

a.) Implementation of the recruitment process on the basis of:

– 6 paragraph. 1(b) RODO, i.e.. processing is necessary to take action at your request prior to entering into a contract with respect to the following personal data: Your name(s), surname, place of residence (mailing address), education, previous employment history, contact information (phone number or email address),

– 6 paragraph. 1(a) RODO, i.e.. on the basis of your freely given consent with regard to the other personal data you voluntarily provided in your application documents (in particular in your resume, cover letter and submitted references),

b.) to establish or assert claims or defend against possible claims between you and the Administrator – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, which is the possibility of asserting claims or defending against claims – to the extent of all personal data provided by you.

Providing your personal data in the scope of name(s), surname, place of residence (mailing address), education, previous employment history, contact data (phone number or email address) is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process (the consequence of not providing the data is the inability to participate in the recruitment process). Provision of other personal data is voluntary and is not a condition for participation in the current recruitment process.

No decisions will be made against you by automated means, including profiling.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following entities: Employees and associates of the Administrator and IT service providers.

Your personal data may be made available to entities and authorities authorized to process such data under the law.

The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a country outside the European Economic Area or an international organization.

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data are processed (see point 3), or until you raise an objection (if the basis of processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator) or until you withdraw your consent (if the basis of processing is the consent you have given) – whichever occurs first.

Thereafter, the Administrator will store them until the statute of limitations for any claims.

You have the right to portability of personal data, i.e. to receive from the Administrator your personal data that you have provided to the Administrator in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You may request the Administrator to send this data to another administrator.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was applied on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

In order to exercise the above rights, you should contact the Administrator using the contact details indicated above (see Section 2 for contact details indicated above).

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the RODO.
