Your responsibilities
Caring for and maintaining the highest standards of B2B customer service,
operation of communication tools and channels (hotline, e-mail, chat)
Activities aimed at customer retention,
Consulting at various stages of cooperation with the client,
Developing a pro-client culture (UX/CX),
Creating new solutions in their task area.

2 years of experience working in customer service departments (contact center, BOK),
