Your responsibilities
Ensuring that the highest standards of B2B customer service are maintained
Consulting at various stages of cooperation with the customer
operation of communication tools and channels (hotline, e-mail, chat)
undertaking activities aimed at customer retention
Developing a pro-client culture (UX/CX),
Creating new solutions in their task area.
Our requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service departments (contact center, BOK)
ease in establishing contacts and conducting conversations
empathetic and friendly approach to the customer
ability to actively listen and find solutions
