Report on payment congestion and applicable payment terms

Payment bottlenecks are an unpleasant reality for many entrepreneurs – according to government information, just two years ago, more than 50 per cent of small and medium-sized companies declared that payment delays by their counterparties often exceed 60 days. Payment bottlenecks can lead to a loss of liquidity, and no one needs convincing that the persistence of such a state of affairs will lead to a vicious circle – counterparties often postpone payments precisely because they themselves are waiting for transfers from their customers. To deal with this problem, the development ministry has decided to introduce a number of solutions. One is a law to reduce payment bottlenecks and the other is a report on payment bottlenecks (applied payment deadlines).
