Senior Account Manager
Your responsibilities
Operational support in financing acquisition processes
collecting and organizing data for credit applications, bond issues and securitization
support in preparing information materials: teasers, data rooms, excel packs, portfolio analyses
participation in ongoing communication with advisors, funds and financial institutions (coordination of document flow, tracking deadlines, preparing attachments)
Support in portfolio analysis for collateral
participation in preparing IRR, cash flow and maturity analyses of product portfolios (factoring, MCA, RBF, BNPL)
support in assessing portfolio quality, concentration, repayment and NPL indicators
cooperation with controlling and IT in the scope of obtaining data from warehouses and transaction systems (e.g. scoring, schedules, customer structure)
Support in handling securitization transactions
preparation and completion of detailed operational data and documents required by transaction advisors, law firms and funds investing in receivables portfolios, including, among others, portfolio data structures, repayment statements, debt collection process diagrams and documentation regarding security and compliance with risk policy
operational and financial monitoring of securitization transactions, including maintaining a register of documentation for the SPV, checking the status of financial flows and analyzing portfolio performance, repayment rates and compliance with covenants
coordinating activities with external advisors, auditors and servicers to ensure the smoothness and efficiency of securitization processes
Monitoring of liabilities and financing conditions
CFO support in ongoing monitoring of contract terms (covenants, concentration limits, payment terms)
preparation of periodic reports and summaries for financing institutions
Other ad hoc tasks:
organizational support for investor roadshows (coordination of meetings, presentations)
preparing short summaries and notes for the CFO (e.g. report summaries, responses to financial partner inquiries)
Our requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics or related fields
knowledge of securitization instruments, transaction structuring and current market trends
analytical skills and experience in working with large sets of financial data
internship or work experience in the area of securitization, credit analysis or investment banking.
proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of SQL
English language skills at a level that allows for the free performance of duties, including analysis of transaction documents, communication with advisors and preparation of reports and presentations for investors
communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and with external stakeholders
Nice to have
knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R)
