Lump sum taxation – when does it pay?

The option to settle income with a lump sum is one of the four main forms of taxation available in Poland. Entrepreneurs tend to opt for the lump sum for a variety of reasons, although perhaps the most common is the fixed (and often low) tax rate and therefore simpler accounting. However, lump sum taxation does not always pay off. We realise that deciding on the right form of taxation, especially for budding entrepreneurs, is not easy.
