Can I partially finance the purchase?
Yes, just enter the amount you need into the application. The amount must be less than that shown on the document.
What documents do I need to provide to apply for financing?
In order to finance the purchase, we need a document that confirms it. It can be a VAT invoice, pro forma, purchase order or quotation.
Do you contact the supplier I indicated?
In the standard process of financing purchases, we do not contact the supplier (the company executing the order). Such contact may occur in exceptional situations (for example, if we do not have the ability to verify all data).
Can a delivered purchase invoice be after the due date?
Yes, we accept invoices up to 30 days after the due date.
Can any company apply for financing for corporate purchases?
The purchase financing offer is open to all entrepreneurs who have been assigned a tax identification number in Poland. The industry in which your company operates does not matter. Remember, however, that your company must not be subject to bankruptcy and composition proceedings and must not have negative entries in debt databases.
Are the purchased goods the property of my company?
Yes, the goods become the property of the buyer. This means that he can start using it or resell it immediately after purchase. Financing business purchases is not a form of leasing, nor do we charge upfront fees.
What is meant by the provision that purchase financing agreements are provided as part of payment services?
This means that the payment services we provide, and therefore all the activities necessary to maintain accounts, are carried out according to the rules set by the Financial Supervisory Commission and are subject to its strict supervision. This is due to PragmaGO’s status as a Small Payment Institution (MIP Entry No. 157/2022). MIP status obliges us to implement all regulations on an ongoing basis to ensure the security of transactions and the protection of your personal data.
