Will my creditworthiness be checked in the factoring application process?
When we receive an online factoring application, we send a query to the BIK and BIG databases to see if you have any current debts or obligations. We also check your contractors – those whose data is included in the application.
Will the recipient know that he or she is being checked?
Don’t. The recipient of your invoice will not receive notification that it has been submitted for factoring. Thus, he will not know that he is subject to verification until he signs the assignment.
In some cases, we may ask for additional financial documents from the recipient. For this we will contact you first – arrange with your recipient the possibility of transferring the documentation. At the application stage, we do not contact the invoice recipient without your knowledge.
What kind of invoices can I report under online factoring?
We can finance any invoice that is not due – that is, it is due in no less than 8 days from the date of application.
Online factoring can also finance invoices issued to foreign customers from EU countries (in such a situation, an insurance policy is required).
Can I submit invoices issued before the factoring agreement was signed for financing?
Yes, provided that the due date of these invoices has not yet passed.
Can I finance only part of an invoice?
Yes. To do this, contact Customer Service at +48 32 450 02 22 or by email at dok@pragmago.pl. The possibility of repaying part of the invoice is agreed individually.
What currencies can I report invoices in?
We accept invoices in PLN, EUR, USD, GBP and CHF.
Can I report invoices to a foreign recipient?
Yes – but you must have an insurance policy (you can buy it yourself or order it from us).
Will you provide me with a direct contact person after the contract is signed?
Yes, while you are still applying for factoring, you will get a call from your Account Manager, who will advise you on the best form of financing, as well as answer any questions you may have – both at the application stage and later, during the course of cooperation.
How will I be notified when factoring financing is granted?
When there is a positive decision on financing for your company, we will inform you by email. Along with the decision, you will receive access to the Client Zone, where you can check the status of each subsequent financing request.
How is the contract signed?
After submitting your online application, we will contact you to discuss the details of cooperation. We will then send a model contract to the email address you specify. After reviewing the model, contact us – we will arrange for the signing of the contract. You can sign a factoring agreement online (via the Autenti platform) or at a location of your choice – without leaving home! For contracts with a value of more than PLN 150,000, we require the signing of a promissory note.
How does an automatic factoring advance work?
An automatic factoring advance is an amount that you can use even before you enter an invoice into the Customer Area. This amount is determined by the system every Wednesday.
The amount of the factoring advance depends on the value of the future factoring deposit. The payment term is 60 days after the factoring advance is granted, while the grace period for repayment is 6-12 days.
