What bank account will the funds I request go to?
The funds go to the account number found in the application. You will find this number in § 1. pt. 2 funding agreement. The document itself can be found in the Customer Area, under the “Information Panel” tab, in the “Documents” section.
From which bank are the funds sent from us?
We send funds from PKO, mBank and Santander banks. If your corporate bank account is registered with PKO, the funds will be sent from the same bank. The situation is analogous for mBank and Santander Bank. In other cases, we transfer funds from mBank.
Is it possible to overpay an installment?
Yes, an overpayment of an installment will result in the renewal of the limit, but it does not affect the commission.
How to properly title a transfer?
All you need to do is to include in the title of the transfer the name of the company and which month you are paying the installment. Example: “PragmaGO, May 2023 installment.”
