Who can use the tax and Social Security financing service?
If you want to finance taxes or Social Security, your company must be registered in Poland, have a Tax Identification Number and have been in business for at least 12 months. You can take advantage of financing regardless of the size of your business and the industry in which you operate. The service is available for both sole proprietorships and companies.
Where can I apply for tax and Social Security funding?
You can apply for financing through an online form.
What documents do I need to provide in order to receive a financing decision?
We do not need any documents confirming the obligation to the authority to issue a decision. Only in exceptional situations can we ask you to send additional documents (e.g. confirmations from the accounting department).
What is the waiting time for a decision?
We issue a decision within two hours of sending the application, on business days from 8 am to 4 pm. We will inform you of the decision in an email, and you will learn the exact terms of financing in the Customer Area, which we will give you access to along with the financing decision.
Where can I accept the financing terms?
All you need to do is log in to the Customer Area using the login and password you set when you first logged in, and then accept the financing offer by entering the SMS code you received in the appropriate field and confirming with the button.
