What is the service?
Allegro Merchant Finance is innovative financing for merchants (sellers) who have an Allegro Business Account. It is funding in the form of a revolving limit for all business-related purchases, including:
goods and intermediate products,
services (e.g., consulting or training).
Marketing costs (e.g., related to promotional activities, SEO/SEM),
office equipment,
IT infrastructure development,
gasoline, vehicle insurance,
other.
The funding limit can be as high as 150,000. PLN (maintaining the limit is free of charge). It is calculated automatically based on your transaction history on Allegro Business and your credit history score.
Obtaining financing is quick and easy.
What do I have to do to use it?
If you have an Allegro Company Account, you can activate the service on the page: Allegro Merchant Finance – Financing your company’s current expenses.
Fill out the form – it will take less than a minute. Provide the necessary company information and mark the required consents.
Read the contract and validate it by entering the SMS code you received to withdraw the funds.
Pay installments – after each repayment, the limit will renew.
Regular repayments and active sales on Allegro can increase your limit.
To use the service, you must have been in business for a minimum of 12 months and have worked with Allegro for a minimum of 6 months.
What happens if I don’t make the repayment on time?
We will send you a reminder about the installment due date. If we do not post it, we will be able to have the funds redirected to our account from your Allegro sale. Remember that if this happens, you still have to fulfill your buyers’ orders.
I want to increase the limit – how can I do it?
For customers who have reached the maximum limit of PLN 150,000, there is a process for increasing the limit in the PragmaGO Customer Zone.
Can I pay off the commitment early and can I expect a refund of the commission?
Yes, in such a situation you will receive a partial refund of the commission – it will be individually calculated. If you want to pay off your commitment early send us a form or write to: reklamacje@pragmago.pl.
Where will the funds I request go?
The funds will go directly to your account (merchant) registered with Allegro. If you are a VAT payer, it must be an account on the white list of VAT payers.

At what point will I know the cost of financing?
You will know the costs right away, at the stage of filling out the application, choosing the value of financing and the repayment period.
Can I include the cost of financing as a business expense?
Yes, you can include Allegro Merchant Finance costs as a business expense.
Do I have to declare what I want to use the funds for?
No, you can use the funds for any purpose related to your business – in particular, to purchase goods sold on Allegro. You can use them, for example, to buy more merchandise if it is on promotion and increase your margin on sales, or to buy a new assortment.
Do I need to prepare additional documents?
No – the Allegro Merchant Finance application process is fully automatic.
What does the repayment look like?
Merchant makes repayments to PragmaGO’s bank account once a month. The detailed repayment schedule will be specified in the contract, which you will receive for review before accepting its terms. You will receive a reminder email from us before the due date of a particular installment. In it you will also find a link to make a quick payment. You can also order a transfer to the account we designate.
How much money can I get?
You can apply for a financing limit of 3 thousand zlotys to 150 thousand zlotys. PLN.
For what period can I get financing?
You can spread the repayment over a maximum of 24 monthly installments.
