How to apply for factoring?
Go to the online form by clicking here and fill in information about your company and recipients.
STEP 1: Enter the TIN and contact information (email address, phone number, name) of your company.
STEP 2: specify the amount of the limit.
Here you can see the estimated monthly cost of the factoring service. Remember that this amount is only a preliminary calculation. The final cost is calculated individually and will be presented to you before signing the contract.
STEP 3: indicate whether you use factoring with another company (if so, which one), and then let us know if your company’s financing needs are similar each month.
Here, also enter the VAT numbers of your contractors and the limits you want to allocate to finance invoices issued to each of them.
STEP 4: Express your consent to the processing of personal data and verification of information about your company in BIK and BIG.
If you are a sole proprietor, provide your data:
name
PESEL
identity card or passport number
STEP 5: verify your company bank account number.
If you choose quick verification, all you have to do is use the Kontomatik app to log in to your corporate bank account. In the case of standard verification, we will ask you to make a return transfer of PLN 1. The transfer must be made from your company bank account.
Pay special attention to choosing the correct account, as this is the number to which we will transfer invoice funds.
If the verification of your bank account number is successful, you will be redirected from the bank’s website to our website. You will see a message stating that the application has reached us and has been forwarded for processing.
Why do I need to confirm my bank account number?
Verification is necessary because this is how we are able to confirm that you have the authority to submit an application on behalf of the company. Then we are sure that the data you provide is correct, which will help us avoid misunderstandings. Both verification methods are safe.
