What data do I need to complete in the application?
Before you start filling out the form, prepare:
Invoice in .pdf, .jpg, .png, .xls or .xlsx file. In addition, you can attach other files, such as a transport order or CMR, and thus shorten the waiting time for a decision,
TIN and your contact information (if you are a sole proprietor we will also ask you to provide your ID number),
Contact information of the contractor (TIN, email address and telephone) whose invoice you want to sell to us.
Ensure that the documents you send are clear. Thanks to this, our system will be able to read the information on the invoice and automatically fill in some of the data, such as tax identification numbers, the gross amount or the date of the invoice and its payment.
What is the process of going through the form?
Step 1: Attach the invoice and enter your contact information.
Step 2: Add company details and enter invoice details – amount, date of issue and payment date.
Step 3: Fill in the details of the invoice recipient.
Step 4: Accept the terms and conditions and verify your identity using Kontomatik (quick verification) or BlueMedia (standard verification).
“TIN has not been verified” – what does this mean?
We can verify the TIN number only if the company is registered in Poland. If this condition has been met, and the problem persists, it may be a matter of an interruption in the operation of the CSO (Central Statistical Office).
What can you do in such a situation? Clear the cookies in your web browser and try again. If that didn’t help, try entering the invoice using a different browser (we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge). When this way also fails, wait a few minutes and try again.
How to mark a payment in Split Payment?
To use Split Payment, check the appropriate option in the second step of the form, under the amount of the financed invoice. Then enter the net amount of the invoice.
